Payments

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit or Debit Cards: Visa and Mastercard.
  • PayPal.
  • All these type payment methods are available.

We do not accept debit cards requiring a PIN code, such as Australia Post debit cards, for online or phone transactions. However, these can be used in-store.

Orders Information

I haven’t received an order confirmation.

Order confirmation emails are sent within 30 minutes of completing your purchase.

  • Check your Spam/Junk folder, as these emails might be marked as spam.
  • Verify if payment was successfully processed. If no funds were deducted, your order may not have been completed.

Can I add items to my order after it’s been placed?

If your order hasn’t been processed, we can add items for you. Reply to your Order Confirmation email with CHANGES in the subject line, and we’ll assist.

Note: We cannot make changes to orders placed during online sales.

Can I change my order after it’s been placed?

Yes, if the order hasn’t been processed. Reply to your Order Confirmation email with CHANGES in the subject line, and we’ll make the adjustments.

Note: Changes are not available for sale period orders.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been processed, contact us at markresoluxe@gmail.com to cancel.

I entered the wrong delivery address. Can I change it?

  • If the order hasn’t been processed, we’ll update the address for you.
  • If it has been dispatched, you can redirect it via Australia Post using a MyPost account. Ensure the account uses the same email as the order.

Note: Please double-check your delivery details before confirming payment. Costs due to incorrect addresses will be borne by the customer.

What if my order is returned to sender?

Returned parcels will incur a $16 re-delivery fee. Please email us at markresoluxe@gmail.com to provide the correct address and settle the re-shipping charge or we would refund it.

An item is missing from my order.

Contact us with your order number, and we’ll investigate immediately.

Has my order been shipped yet?

Orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days. During sale periods, shipping may take longer due to high order volumes.

My order hasn’t arrived yet.

If your order has been dispatched but hasn’t arrived:

  1. Contact Australia Post at 137 678 for assistance.
  2. Check their website for delivery updates.
